Photos upload terms and copyright

Customers are responsible and liable for the images they upload. One must have the appropriate permission or the copyright to request a painting from the photo uploaded. The copyright owner of a photograph or an image of a painting (usually the person who took the photograph and/or the artist) is typically the only person that can make a "derivative work", such as a painting based on that photograph. ArtNouv bears no liability whatsoever for any breach of copyrights, and the person ordering the painting will be bear the sole liability for importing copyrighted products into the destination country. It is the Customer's responsibility to supply ArtNouv with a photo that is clear. In the even that ArtNouv’s artist determines that the photo sent by the customer is not clear enough, the customer should provide a different photo.

ArtNouv reserves the right to refuse to make a painting from any inappropriate photo that might harm or offend any individuals of other religions, races, etc.
